Sales Tax:
We are required to charge tax on purchases made from Florida. The sales tax rate is 6.5 percent for Florida.
This amount will be added to your merchandise total and reflected on your credit card charge. Sales to any
state other than Florida are tax free.

Why can't I see prices or shipping charges in the shopping cart?
Free Shipping within Continental USA. Unfortunately, we have found that the built-in shipping calculator is extremely inaccurate. Rather than showyou incorrect charges and have to revise your order later, we chose to have our sales reps research eachorder carefully to provide you an accurate shipping quote. Since the vast majority of our orders are done overthe phone, we've found that this is the best course to take.
Item Info and Pricing:
DRCabinet.com reserves the right to change item pricing or information at any time. As a result, prices on our website may not be accurate. If an item is ordered off of the internet before we have updated our prices, the purchaser will be notified and given the option to cancel or pay the difference. If the price of an item is lowered after a purchase is made DRCabinet.com will not refund the difference to the customer.
Product Exchanges or Returns:
Our DRCabinet.com 100% Satisfaction Guarantee allows you to return any product within 90 days from date of shipment for a full refund of the purchase price (this does not include your original shipping fees). In order for a return to be covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, items must be:Returned in it's original packaging as shippedAttached with the original receipt Product CAN NOT be used Customer must obtain a valid RMA before sending the return, please contact us.Product can not have been purchased as a "Special or Close Out Deal" item where purchase price has been reduced due to damage or useOn any return, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges, including any costs incurred in getting the product both to and from the customer, regardless of whether shipping was originally charged or not.
If we sold or shipped you the wrong item, we will refund your entire amount.If an item is shipped and returned because it is not deliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for shipping both ways. Orders for larger items that must ship freight require the shippingcompany to contact the customer prior to delivery.
If the product is returned because the freight company could not reach the customer, this will be considered a return, and the order will be subject to our regular return policies.All returns require previous communication with DRCabinet.com and a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. Please do not simply ship items back. Items must be returned prepaid in resalable condition with all documentation, hoses, etc. Please package your shipment well and insure your shipment. If your return arrives to us damaged, you will have to file a claim with theshipping company to be reimbursed for the product. We are not responsible for damages during shipping on returns.

DR Cabinet - In & Out Cabinetry Warranties DR Cabinet is very proud of our Quality and stand behind our products with our one on one customer service.DR Cabinet Lifetime Limited Warranty: DR Cabinet hereby warrants to the original purchaser, that all standard Signature Series cabinets and accessories are free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This warranty is not transferable and is for residential applications only. This warranty is expressly limited to repair or replacement of the defective part at the discretion of DR Cabinet, and does not include labor, for removal or replacement. This warranty does not extend to defects caused by improper handling, storage assembly or disassembly, intentional damage, product modification, accidental misuse, abuse or negligence. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABILITY AND OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE PERIOD OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY STATED ABOVE. IN NO EVENT SHALL IN & OUT CABINETRY BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which vary from state to state. Claims - All claims for defective cabinets or accessories must be submitted to DR Cabinet in writing and must specify the defects alleged to be present in the cabinets or accessories, it will, at its discretion, either repair or replace any defective cabinets or accessories.
Shipping
We usually ship within 1-3 business days once your funds have cleared.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear on your order form and, you'll see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in Your Account.
Shipping costs depend on the options you choose, the size and weight of the item, and where the order is going. All the alternatives will be discussed with our phone representatives.business days once your funds have cleared.

DR Cabinet is not responsible for shipping costs on merchandise not delivereddue to a shipping companies inability to deliver to a particular location. Certain circumstances may include but are not limited to: narrow or winding roads, dirt or gravel roads, and vacant establishments. In home delivery is neither implied nor offered without additional charge, and is not necessarily available even if the customer is willing to pay more for it.
Remote or hard-to-reach areas may incur additional shipping fees. This applies to Free Shipping and regular shipping orders. If this is the case with your order, a Customer Services representativewill contact you promptly to notify you of the additional charges.

DR Cabinet does not charge shipping on items with a free shipping icon next to them on our website when shipped to US locations, except for Alaska and Hawaii. Shipments to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping. All Canadian, Alaska and Hawaii shipments require an individual quote. If you order via the phone, you will be notified of the extrashipping before you place your order. If you order online, a customer service representative will contact you shortly after your order is placed with the additional shipping charges (before the item is shipped). We reserve the right to choose which freightway carries your shipment. We do not, however, control the shipping companies (freight carriers). Once a shipment is in the hands of the deliverycompany, we cannot change shipping addresses, we cannot make a delivery happen on a certain day, and we can only approximate delivery times. Basically we only know what they tell us from that point on. We wish we had more direct control over shipments, but that is not how shipping companies work.We also offer a Blanket Delivery Service in some locations of the country. With this shipping option you can have your larger or heavier items set (placed) in your backyard.
If, upon inspection of a shipment, the product itself is visibly damaged, Call us while the driver is still there! Please open the package upon receipt, before the driver leaves if possible,and inspect for damages. If you discover damage upon opening the box, call us right away and note any damages on the delivery receipt! This way, we have proof that the item was damaged by the shipping company and not by the customer. Doing this things will expeditereceipt of a replacement product on your end, and reimbursement from the shipping company on our end. If you live in a large metropolitan area, difficulty in shipping may increase shipping prices. We will notify you before any additional charges are made if this is the case. If you do not inspect your shipment for damages right away, we cannot be held responsible for the damages later.
